We are well aware that the expectations, goals, profiles of employees and budgets of each client are different.

This is why, when preparing an offer, we co-operate with specialists who work in the business field represented by the client.

This makes us confident that our offer will consider the specific character of the client's environment and that it will perfectly fit to the client's expectations.

Our co-operation with our clients:

1. We receive a request for consultation.

2. We determine the client's needs using an NAQ.

3. We sign the contract to provide consulting services.

4. We analyse the NAQ results.

5. We select the most appropriate offers for the client.

6. We negotiate favourable conditions with the organiser.

7. We present the selected offers (at least two options) and the reasons for our choice.

8. We forward the organiser the client’s request to carry out the selected offer.

9. We evaluate the event (at the client's request).

10. Based on client feedback, we issue recommendations to the organiser.

We believe that time is precious, for the client, for the organiser and for us, and this is why it takes only five working days from the first consultation with the client to ordering the selected offer.

On special request of the client, this time may be shortened.
